POSC Caesar Association (PCA) is a global non-profit membership organization dedicated to connecting industrial information across companies, systems and applications.
Why PCA exists
No single company can fix an information gap that lives between companies.
Industrial work depends on information moving between operators, engineering companies, suppliers, standards bodies and technology providers. As it crosses organizational and technical boundaries, labels, structures and identifiers can change—making the information harder to understand and reuse consistently.
PCA maintains shared digital reference content, makes it accessible to people and systems, and coordinates improvements that require participation beyond any one project, system or organization.

PCA is financed through annual membership fees and income from our products and services. This model enables us to build shared capability for the community rather than an internal platform for any one company.

PCA facilitates working groups, committees and forums where members and subject-matter experts develop and steward shared approaches. We also contribute industry perspectives to international standardization as a Category A liaison to ISO/TC 184/SC 4 and ISO/TC 347.
