DISC participants bring problems that cross projects, disciplines and company boundaries. The wider ecosystem demonstrates ways to solve them using shared standards, structured information and working technology.

PCA helps make the common information available through shared reference data, governance and digital services. Each participating organization keeps authority over its own systems and decisions.
