Definition
<ALDEHYDE> is an <ORGANIC MOLECULE> that is recognised by the carbonyl functional group (-CHO). Aldehydes have at least one hydrogen atom attached to the carbonyl group. The remaining group may be another hydrogen or alkyl/aryl group
