Definition
An object is a <B SPLINE SOLID> if and only if: it is a <PARAMETERISED SOLID>; it is a <FINITE SOLID>; it has a polynomial or rational parameterisation function defined by control points and basis functions as defined in ISO 15926 Part 3 Section 4.7.3.3
