A <CANONICALLY PARAMETERISED SOLID ELLIPSOID> is a <SOLID ELLIPSOID> and an <U UNBOUNDED SOLID> and a <V UNBOUNDED SOLID> and a <W BOUNDED SOLID> it has the canonical parameterisation for a solid ellipsoid as defined in ISO 15926 Part 3 Section 4.7.3.16
