A <CANONICALLY PARAMETERISED TOPOLOGICAL TRIANGLE> is a <CANONICALLY PARAMETERISED TOPOLOGICAL PRIMITIVE> and a <MANIFOLD 2D>; it has three boundary edges; it has three corners with parametric positions (0.0, 0.0), (1.0, 0.0), and (0.0, 1.0); the domain of parameterization is all pairs of reals (ξ,η) as defined in ISO 15926 Part 3 Section 4.8.3.7
