Definition
A <CANONICALLY PARAMETERISED TOROIDAL SURFACE> is a <PARAMETERISED SURFACE> and a <TOROIDAL SURFACE> and an <U UNBOUNDED SURFACE> and a <V UNBOUNDED SURFACE>; it has the canonical parameterisation for a toroidal surface as follows: σ(u,v) = C + (R + r.cos(v)).(cos(u).x + sin(u).y) + r.sin(v).z As defined in ISO 15926 Part 3 Section 4.6.3.17
