Definition
A <COLD LOCKED ROTOR TIME> is an <IndirectProperty> that refers to the maximum <DURATION> that a cold electric motor with a locked or jammed rotor (not having run for some time) can be fully switched on before its <TEMPERATURE> rises to the level at which the insulation is destroyed. Typically value is 10-14 seconds
