A <CONDUCTOR HOUSING> is a <DRILLING COMPONENT> that has a cylindrical shape to embrace and attach a well conductor pipe or surface casing, and that is the top of the first casing string, which forms the basic foundation of the subsea wellhead and provides attachments for guidance structures.
