ELASTOMERIC SHEAR COUPLING
Definition
An <ELASTOMERIC SHEAR COUPLING> is an <ELASTOMERIC FLEXIBLE ELEMENT COUPLING> in which the torque is transmitted through an elastomeric element which is principally loaded in shear. The element may be in form of a tyre, a bellow (with one ore more convolutions) or a diaphragm.
