Definition
A <FERMI TEMPERATURE> is a <TEMPERATURE> at which thermal effects are comparable to quantum effects associated with Fermi statistics. The Fermi temperature for a metal is a couple of orders of magnitude above room temperature. It is calculated as T_F = E_F/k where E_F is Fermi energy and k is the Boltzmann constant
