A <FINAL CONTROL ASSEMBLY> is an <INSTRUMENTATION ITEM> and a <FINAL CONTROL FUNCTION> and a <SYSTEM> that is the assembly of a <CONTROL VALVE>, <CONTROLLED ACTUATOR>, <POSITIONER>, or <VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE UNIT> and all necessary piping, tubing, wiring, power supply, and other accessories around it
