Definition
An <INDUCER TYPE PUMP IMPELLER> is an <AXIAL FLOW PUMP IMPELLER> with one or a few screw type blades which are placed in front of a conventional impeller, on the same shaft, to reduce the <NPSH> requirement of the pump.
