The <ISO 15926-8 EXCHANGE FILE DEFINITION> is a <ClassOfInformationRepresentation> and an instance of <DocumentDefinition> that defines the content, format, and language of an <EXCHANGE FILE> in compliance with ISO 15926-8 as follows: 1)The content shall contain: * instances of ISO 15926-7 Templates to represent the information to be exchanged; * all necessary declarations required to parse the templates; * individual triples representing meta data. 2) The format is preferably Turtle, according the applicable W3C Recommendation; 3) The natural language is UK English
