Definition A <MEAN ENERGY IMPARTED> is an <IndirectProperty> that refers to to a mean value of an <ENERGY IMPARTED>, epsilon~= R_in - R_out + Sum(Q) where R_in is the radiant <ENERGY> of all those charged and uncharged ionizing particles that enter the domain, R_out is the radiant <ENERGY> of all those charged and uncharged ionizing particloes that leave the domain, and Sum(Q) is the sum of all changes of the rest <ENERGY> of nuclei and elementary particles that occur in that domain
