PHASE METER
Definition
A <PHASE METER> is an <INSTRUMENTATION ITEM> and a <POWER MEASURING INSTRUMENT> that measures the phase difference between two oscillations having the same frequency, especially that between an alternating current and the corresponding voltage (hence giving the power factor)
