PLUG MILL
Definition
A <PLUG MILL> is a <ROLLING MILL> that consists of two non-reversing work rolls arranged one above the other, each with semi-circular grooves machined in their surface, that roll a previously pierced billet over a plug in order to produce seamless tubes for a range of outside diameters and wall thicknesses.
