Definition
A <QUALITY FACTOR (ELECTRICAL)> is a <Property> that is for non-radiating systems the measure of the <EFFICIENCY> of a <REACTIVE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT> that is the the <RATIO> of the <REACTANCE> to the <RESISTANCE> expressed as Q = |X|/R where R is resistance and X is reactance. Defined in ISO 80000-6 (2008) 6-53
