Definition
A <RADIANCE FACTOR> is a <Property> that is <RATIO> of the radiance of the <SURFACE ELEMENT> in the given <DIRECTION> to that of the perfect <REFLECTING> of <TRANSMITTING> reflecting or transmitting diffuser identically irradiated and viewed. Defined in ISO 80000-7 (2008) 7-24.1
