The <RADIANT EXITANCE> is an <Property> that is the is the <RADIANT FLUX> emitted by a <SURFACE> per <UNIT AREA> defined as at a point of a <SURFACE>, M = dPhi/ dA, where dPhi is the radiant flux leaving the element of the <SURFACE> with <AREA> dA. Defined in ISO 80000-7 (2008) 7-18
