A <REACTOR TIME CONSTANT (NUCLEAR)> is a <TIME CONSTANT> of a change in the neutron fluence rate in a reactor by the factor e when the fluence rate is rising or falling exponentially. Defined in ISO 80000-10 (2009) 10-82
