Definition
A <REFLECTANCE> is a <Property> that is a measure of the amount of electromagnetic radiation, usually light, reflected from a surface to the amount originally striking the surface. It is calculated as: rho = Phi_r/Phi_m where Phi_r is the reflected radiant flux or the reflected <LUMINOUS FLUX> and Phi_m is the radiant flux or <LUMINOUS FLUX> of the incident radiation
