RELATIVE PERMITTIVITY
Definition
The <RELATIVE PERMITTIVITY> of a <MATERIAL> is a <RATIO> of its (absolute) <PERMITTIVITY> to the <PERMITTIVITY OF VACUUM> expressed as r = epsilon/epsilon0 where epsilon is <PERMITTIVITY> and epsilon0 is the <ELECTRIC CONSTANT>. Defined in ISO 80000-6 (2008) 6-15
