REST ENERGY
Definition
A <REST ENERGY> of a particle is an <ENERGY> that would be relased if the <PARTICLE> were converted into <ENERGY>. This is expressed as E = m.c^2_0 where m is the rest <MASS> of that particle, and c is the <SPEED OF LIGHT IN A VACUUM>. Defined in ISO 80000-10 (2009) 10-3
