A <ROLL PRESS PIERCING MILL> is a <PIERCING MILL> where a heated bloom, normally square in section, is forced through a circular roll pass and over a fixed bullet shaped point, by a pusher mounted on a rack and pinion, followed by an elongation in a rotary piercer.
