A <ROTARY EXPANDER MILL> is a <METAL PROCESSING MILL> used in manufacturing large diameter pipe in order to enlarge the diameter. A reheated hollow is cross rolled between two rotating skew discs, over a conical plug that is placed on the longitudinal centreline of the pipe and supported by a plug bar from the delivery side
