SOURCE IMPEDANCE
Definition
A <SOURCE IMPEDANCE> is an <IMPEDANCE> of any Voltage Source (ac or dc), associated with its ability to deliver a maximum current. It can be represented as an equivalent circuit called a Thévenin Equivalent Circuit; the perfect <SOURCE VOLTAGE> is equivalent to the no load or open circuit Voltage.
