VANE COMPRESSOR
Definition
A <VANE COMPRESSOR> is a <ROTARY COMPRESSOR> which contains vanes sliding radially in and out of a rotor excentrically mounted within a cylindrical casing. Gas trapped between the vanes is compressed and displaced.
