The role of an interior space (a 'site') as a meeting room is realized when it serves as the space for conducting meetings. The site may be assigned a storage room role at a different time.
As with any 'potential', the existence of a role is dependent on its bearer. A particular meeting room's role may therefore not be transferred to a different room; a different role individual with similar classification would be needed.
