Definition
A <BASE STEEL> is a <NON-ALLOY STEEL> that meets the following conditions/limitations: a) No heat-treatment is required. (Annealing or normalising is not to be considered as heat-treatment). b) The following limit/boundary value for the elements: Max Carbon (C) >
